If you would like to get into the automotive job market, start by researching the companies you would like to work for and think why they would want to employ you. Make sure your CV is tailored to the type of job you are looking for and put together a sharp cover letter stating briefly why they should hire you and what parts of the job spec (if there is one) that you meet or the skills you have. Registering your CV on websites such as www.monster.com, www.jobsite.co.uk and other similar job boards will certainly increase your chances.
